LineTerminator

Gets or sets the string that ends each CSV row. Defaults to null, which ends a row at either a line feed or a carriage return and line feed, whichever the file turns out to use.

Remarks

Leaving this unset reads a file written either way, so it is the right choice unless the rows are separated by something a line break does not describe. Set it and only that exact sequence ends a row, which also means a file written the other way will not read. Either way the sequence is only a row ending outside a quoted field; inside one it is part of the value.
